Axiom Analytical has launched its FDR-800 Series Diffuse Reflectance Probes for viewing samples in pharmaceutical drying or blending systems. Modified designs are available to meet other sample viewing requirements and to mate to instruments such as FTIR and tunable laser spectrometers.
Axiom Analytical has also released its DPR-F and DMD-F Series Attenuated Total Reflectance (ATR) Probes to provide flexible coupling between the probe and an FTIR mid-IR spectrometer. The probes are suitable for use with strong acids and bases as well as other aggressive chemistries.

Waters Corporation and Spark Holland have entered into an agreement to co-market an integrated solution for high-volume clinical and forensic laboratories comprised of Waters mass spectrometers and Spark Holland's Symbiosis on-line SPE System under the control of Waters MassLynx Mass Spectrometry data acquisition, processing, and reporting software.
